Precisely why all the upholstered bits are being replaced right away.

It does have the original fridge, stove and oven, and formica - my initial plan was to rip out the stove, but I can't quite bring myself to do that with the original.  I'll be posting pics as I redo the rest tho :D

When we pulled away from the house, the daughter (who is about 10), looked like she was going to cry - obviously she had some good times with it.  She made me promise to keep in touch with them and show them pictures of what I do with it LOL

As for the meet up thing ...how about the sushi place here in Red Deer.  No Stampede to worry about, lots of parking, and I've heard good things about the restaurant though I've never been there.  Otherwise the 12th is fine with me where ever we go.

My only advice comes from watching last night's episode of SMASH LAB.  Emergency Rocket Brakes on a trailer is a BAD idea!
