Something tell's me that just like a thirteenth colony, there's a thirteenth cylon coming as well.

Well, this only reveals 4 of the Final Five so milking one more secret Cylon for the remainder of the series would be weak. I hope there is a 13th. Maybe it's an Earth Cylon? For that matter what the frack period of it's history is Earth at during the series with the Bob Dylan’s “All Along the Watchtower" song being used. It would seem to be present day to a future era. I'm thinking George Bush is the 13th Cylon.Wink

Well it does look like the definition of Cylon is going to change as well.

I think it would be even more interesting if supposed, purely speculative 13th Cylon were an assumed role.

Just as another quick point.... Has it ever been said who gave Adama the 'there are twelve models' note and how the first seven know that are five more but have never seen them once (as evidenced by D'anna's behavior in the temple which pretty well validates these spoilers for me).

Actually it is wierd, I ma in a position at my job that allows me to have open and complete access to the 'net, without any firewall blocking  or website blocking ( I test   software for the evil empire) I am requires to visit  all sorts of websites that would easily be considered "non work safe". I thought it may have had to do with the Vista version of IE7, as it it the only commonality, I was actually able to load it in IE7 on xp and IE 6 as well, just not on vista'

Dammit these boards keep screwing up on me. My last post wouldn't work.

I don't think the passer of the note has ever been revealed. It bothers me now since I totally forgot about that lose thread until you just mentioned it.

I am going to rewatch the  mini series pt 2 and see for sure, but I believe Lee Adama was  in the commanders quarters just prior to him entering and finding the note, as was Colonel Tigh...

If I remember what I read on your link correctly, SF-Guy, I think all five have been revealed...or we're supposed to assume the fifth one is. There is a sequence where two Cylons and the fifth have the same dream. Then, there are the four who "Listen to the Music".

I've just watched it in the last couple of weeks...from what I remember, the way it was shown on-screen, I assumed Baltar gave it to him.

Re: BSG S-3 Finale (MAJOR spoiler)

Ok ... I took the bait on this one and read the " spoiler " info. Now we have heard before that at least one more Cylon would be revealed and we also know Brother Calvelle told Tyrol he was not a Cylon .  Some of the spoiler stuff came across  like "what if" I was writing the show .Actually hoping the only thing I need a flash light for is to see through this as BS ( Bad Spoiler ) as I will be rather dissappointed if this is the direction it goes.

Well urly...something had to get the show off its @ss, it might as well be this. From MCIBUS's reaction and now yours, a lot of people are not going to be happy. Wink

Personally, I think it's a "needed" shake-up...as in, something had to give. I was starting to lose interest, to be honest.

Re: BSG S-3 Finale (MAJOR spoiler)

I first thought the 'One Year Later' arc was a really really bad idea but they seemed to handle it better than I gave them credit for.

I'm not too upset about these events coming. I know it'll keep me tuned in every week. Are the hidden sleeper Cylons going to reveal themselves all at once or one at a time? If one sleeper time-bomb goes off and causes major problems how will the others handle their inevitable fates? Who will they confide in? Maybe some will fess up and others will be opposed. How far would those opposed go to stop the one wanting to reveal themself for fear of exposing all? Any self-sacrifices?

I think things just got really interesting.

Re: BSG S-3 Finale (MAJOR spoiler)

That is the one thing about BSG,  everyone cannot be pleased, the direction they are tkaign this will allow  the story a completely new character dynamic. As we wait for the   humans to realize tat the final five are onboard their own ships.

    How will adama react?

What is the agenda of the 5?

How can  any of them with long history  in fleet be a cylon? ( I don't have faith in the "the cylon bodysnatcher" concept)

It is my opinion that the final 5 are hybrids, and older than anyone truly realizes. All of this has happened before shows that the 5 have gone thru this before, they  are more than likely ancient  in age, or at the least raised as humans. Probably  completely unaware of what they are. Hybrids possibly?

A new direction like this will rattle everyone, but I honestly think once we know for sure what is going on, we will all get used to it, and for most acceptign of this direction.

It doesn't have to be a bodysnatcher concept.  It has never been stated for how long the skin jobs have been around.  They may have been around in the previous war and were just never revealed.  They may have hung back like the resurrection ships do now.

Re: BSG S-3 Finale (MAJOR spoiler)

Funny thing is Sharon knows who the other Cylon's are . Now why would she have messed around with the Chief if he was just another one and remember way back when Adama asked if she would tell him who the Cylon's were her reply was " no ". Also in the beginning of the series when the Cylons went to Rangor  and they were all having their chit chat, Sharon came in late and said something along the line of " Don't worry we'll find them "  To which the response was " By your command " . It is the only time I recall that being said in 3 seasons of this show and it would seem to me that Sharon is a powerful entity within the Cylon Empire. The full extent of this (imo) is yet to be revealed .
