Um, yeah. Not sure what Thomas Dolbey was doing there, as there was no explanation as to why he's associated with sci-fi. And the Claudio Sanchez bit showed more of his musical performances and lined-up fans than it did explain what his sci-fi comics are about and why people like 'em.

Thank goodness for Edward James Olmos (as always is the case with Edward James Olmos) and those truly impressive dino puppets.

I get the sense a lot of the TV show is prepped well in advance. For example, they covered the 'Walking With Dinosaurs' show just a day or two before it will close; they talked about '10,000 B.C.' hitting DVD, which had happened on June 24; and there are often items on the Hypaspace audio podcast that 'preview' what will be covered the next week on the TV show.
