Cool [H] Don't forget about Daylight Savings!

Just wanted to remind everyone that Daylight Savings is tonight.  Most of Canada will move their clocks forward an hour.(right?)

Us here in Saskatchewn do not change so this always changes the times for TV shows. So if you are planning to catch BSG in the second showing tonight or Sunday afternoon, be sure you check your local listings. Smile [:)]

I deffintly wish they'd stop this damn thing, put it back one hour, put it forward one hour, why can't they compromise and set it in the middle 30 minutes maybe.

That would make us all Newfies, resulting in a major drop in their tourism trade.

Some times its good when you get an extra hour of sleep :). Perrsonally I blame the farmers from all those years ago with there crops. I also think that it should go back to before the world time thing was made. It should go to setting the time by how the sun looks.

    I don't think so *ZAAAPPP*

So, you are saying that we should pretend that we are living in Saskatchewan?

Well if you do, that would mean you'd have to pretend to like your relatives too. I don't know if you could do that Who.

Re: Don't forget about Daylight Savings!

Farmers had nothing to do with. Farmer work on when the sun rise and falls not on what time it actually is. The suns up they are out in the fields the sun is down they in house.

They say it was retailers that wanted more sun light hours in the evening on warm spring and fall nights so shoppers would come out and spend more. Guess they had some sort of data on that where it showed they made more money with the time change. I don't think it is really relevant these days.

It's not like the farmers don't want it.  It is just that the time change confuses the cows.

I agree, never mind the TV schedule in Saskatchewan, just think of the millions of cows that will have to re-schedule their cud chewin'. Milk supplies across the land could suffer.
