I love watching Supernatural! It's my weekly fix of horror. I don't get Fearnet so I can't watch a 24/7 diet of it but Supernatural more than makes up for it. The show I know you'll love because I love it too is Stargate Atlantis. You're probably saying I'm nuts but I promise you I'm not. Watch Stargate Atlantis LIVE not DVRed or recorded this Friday night at10pm on the Sci Fi channel and you'll see what I'm talking about.

This weeks episode is called "Missing." Dr. Keller and Teyla go to the new Athos to see the Athosians but they aren't there. Now the two have to figure out what happened to all the Athosians before they they selves fall victim to the same fate. It is going to be great. As a wonderful way to familiarize yourself with the show and the episode itself go to this site http://stargate.mgm.com/video.php?id=78 there you'll find a sneak peek of "Missing." the best part about this sneak peek is that it's hosted by one of the shows cast member Amanda Tapping. She plays Dr. Col. Samantha Carter on Stargate Atlantis, but she started out on Stargate SG-1. Now that has to say something about the show that this actress loved the character and the series so much that when she had a chance to continue it on it sister show she did.

I know I'll be watching LIVE this Friday night and I hope you will to. Friday November 9th at 10pm on Sci Fi.

I can't wait! I'm going to be a bunddle of energy today. Tonight is Supernatural and tomorrow night is Stargate Atlantis. Tonight's episode of Supernatrual should be a blast. I can't wait to see it.

Tomorrow on Stargate Atlantis Dr. Keller actually gets out of the lab and has to try and use skills other than her medical experties. It will be interesting to see how she reacts to things, especially since Teyla is used to being in danger and having to fight the bad guy. It will be a blast and so much fun. I can't wait. I know I'll be watching Friday night.

Watch Supernatural Thursdays at 9pm on the CW and Stargate Atlantis Friday November 9th at 10pm on the Sci Fi channel. Watch it LIVE don't DVR it or tape record it please.

Another member from Stargate team it should be noted that the vast majority of people here in Canada do not have access to the Sci Fi Channel thus unable to as you say it watch the episode "live".  I do not think you mean live I think you mean brand new or fresh.  I have never known a sci fi or fantasy show of any kind ever done live for tv.
