Angel: After The Fall came out this week from IDW Comics.

Joss Whedon is plotting and overseeing, while Brian Lynch is writing and Franco Urru is drawing. There's also a nice cover by Tony Harris. It's $3.99 (U.S. AND Canada)

It picks up a few months after the end of Angel, Season 5, and contains a few surprises: not only which characters are still around—save Angel, of course—but the state of Los Angeles, too.

since Whedon is doing the plot and overseeing the project, i think it would be considered as "canon" to the entire Angel saga.

You're welcome. And, I agree. I consider this book canon, too, even if they can't acually call it Season 6.

BTW, issue #2 is supposed to be out next Wednesday.

ok probs on the wrong thing here. but i'd just like to point out that SPIKE was so much cooler than angel....and i wanted him and buff to get together. she SHOULD have loved him;. i;d clearly choose him over angle anyday
