    What the ... happened

space has been playing SGA from the beggining which was awsome since I had never seen it so I've been following along watching season one and I saw the first 2 of a 3 part episode then all of a sudden instead of part 3 there's a episode from season 3 on!!!! WTF

I know - I see the "The Wait is Finally Over - Season 4 premiere - tonight at 9 est - and I finished watching S3 ep 1 on dvd and then tune in to see that S3 is just starting. Not that I am terribly upset - that way I can watch S3 completely before seeing 4 but if you advertise S4 then play S4

    Re: What the ... happened

my problem is I've never seen any of the seasons and I watched all of season 1 including the season ending cliff hanger and now they skip an entire season so I have no idea what is going on or what happened in "the siege part 3"...space has got to be the worst run tv stations in history, I mean why play the entire first season and then just leave everyone hanging with season 1's cliffhanger and skip then entire second season....Angry

I will tentatively retract that statement - I was sure they said S4 premiere but if they just said premiere then its true they could have meant S3

They did just finish S2 I believe last week as I was watching them on DVD then watched it last week and thought they were on the last few eps

    Re: What the ... happened

no last week they played "The Siege" part 2 (the season finale for season 1) tonight should have been the season 2 premier not season 3 they just skipped a entire season including part 3 of the seige.

    Re: What the ... happened

You're confused. Last week was the final episode of season 1: "The Siege: Part 2". They skipped an entire season. Way to go Space!! A group of half-trained monkeys could do a better job.

    Re: What the ... happened

actually space did air season 2 before and as mentioned in another thread that the new season they just started airing was going to be season 3.  i was disappointed they could not of shown 2 before this season plus make it clearer in the ads that this was season 3.

    Re: What the ... happened

Well I've been watching Season 4 on Movie Central even though I haven't seen season 3 on Space yet.  Figured it would be easier and I'm glad I did.

So the episode yesterday on Space....was it not the first of Season 3?  I can't remember how season 2 ended any more....  :-(

    Re: What the ... happened

this is unbelivable I can't understand how anyone stupid enough to skip an entire season could manage to get a job with the authourity to decide what gets aired, I'm soo sick of the dumb crap Space does

No one skipped airing an entire season...  They skipped repeating and entire season.  Season 2 has already aired in its entirety on Space.

Well then why did they show season 1!??? I thought they were showing the series again to give people a chance to see it who had missed it when it was new. If that wasn't the intention then they should have gone straight to season 3. Then I wouldn't have bothered watching it. If season 3 is all people want to see then just keep showing season 3 over and over and over...and I won't waste my time. Your comment is really asinine.  If they're going to show season 1 and get new people interested then they should follow it with season 2. Why do they keep showing SG-1 in its entirety over and over? Maybe there are some people who've never seen SG-1, but have decided to watch it when it starts over. If Space starts showing SG-1 again from season 1, then they should show the entire series, just as they have always done. The same applies to SGA. How does it help me to know that season 2 aired many months ago? I wasn't able to watch it then. Space is pissing off its viewers and it will lose viewers because of this.

    Re: What the ... happened

new member here, but to keep on topic the original poster stated Space had been airing advertisements for SGA season 4 to begin this past Sunday. Unfortunately to my dismay and his, season three - episode 1 was re-aired. What happened to the advertised "season 4 premier?".

I appear to be missing an "e"..lol

    Re: What the ... happened

They never aired season 3.  To Space, season 3 is a new season since it has never aired on their channel.
    20 minutes into the future.

    Re: What the ... happened

Well Space still advertised for season 4. The season three episodes they are airing I've already seen on Space so I know season three has already been shown here.

I appear to be missing an "e"..lol
