Like propably everyone knows, Charlie Jade was ended after only one season, because producers didn't have enough money to make a second season and they wait with it until picking up by US broadcaster (so until now).
Scifi picks it up, so I mailed Chris Roland and asked him, if something change.
He said that "There is no indication at this time whether we will go to a second season, but if the series does well on SciFi in the US this will certainly support the possibility of a second season."
I think it's a great news, and there's still a chance for it, but everything depends on US audience.

Thank you very much for continuing to provide updates about this.    I hope Sci-Fi is promoting it enough prior to the scheduled air date.

It's on the Sci-Fi Channel schedule now. It'll be starting June 6th at 8/7 Central !!

I recently saw Jeffrey Pierce in a guest spot on Criminal Minds, playing the husband of a woman being stalked.  It's nice to see that he's been getting work, but nowhere near the meaty stuff that he did on The Nine and CJ. 

His a great actor, but he's not very well-known, it's such a shame that he don't get roles like in Charlie Jade or The Nine (more often) and roles in which he could show himself.

I have also seen Charlie (Mr Peirce) on a couple other shows this year.

In Journeyman he played a DB Cooper type and in Life he played an alcoholic rapist

Oh yeah the Journeyman episode he was in was one of his more memorable guest appearances.

What about a north american DVD release? Any news on that?

I hope they do a 2nd season, the show is really exciting and intriguing... however i have a question about season 1 episode 3 (Your Are Here)...

 After the opening sequence it starts with Rena walking up and ally way to the streets where she walks by and picks up a RED APPLE, then continues to walk down another ally where she sits down to eat it..... my question is, who composed the music in that sequence? i love it so much and it's driving me nuts that i can't find it since i have no idea who composed it.
