Kitane: shiv I don't seem to be having any problem with my pop-up blocker and smilies. In fact I have it on and it still works fine.
Ditto here. I can post smilies and neither of my popup blockers seem to object. Shiv, try holding down Control while you click the Insert Smiley button.
