Okay not a rerun.
I liked this one cause it shows that there was a group keeping tabs on the doctor and his appearance isn't unnoticed though out history. ELO gets mentioned a few times. L.I.N.D.A a group of people that developed into close friends kinda cool seeing a group that follows the doctor around. That Victor Kennedy was a little obsessed but I guess his reactions were normal if he suffered some tragedy in the past and he was obsessing over the doctor
One question though Ursala Blake (sp) at the end she was in a cement block and it was only her head right so who was running the camera when the little hand came out in the first part.
