... but ,but it's only 7:40 PM and I haven't even gotten to know you yet . But anyone who says sweet dreams has gotta be ok 'cause that's what I say to my girls at bedtime. So goodnight Marc.

Good Night Marc, Hi Urlyriser. When I'm really really stressed or am up and can't sleep, you know when it's 4 in the morning and your still wide awake (hate that). I drink Sleepytime Tea, no alcohol (don't drink) and I have on my iPod and put my earphones on so I don't desturd other, this is going to sound really weird Sounds of the Womb. I found out about it years ago when I was watching at the time a groundbreaking Doc. and I had a broken nose, fractured jaw and had dental surgery and was in quite abit of pain so sleeping was extremely difficult when this Doc came on and it was in video the life of a child in the womb and as soon as I heard the heart beats and the fluids moving I passed right out with no problem. So about ayear ago on iTunes I found an album with the same sounds and downloaded it so when it's rough i sip tea, just tune in and relax and fall asleep. It might sound strange but it works for me. :)

That's what happens when you live in the Farwest.

I did that when my son was with me. I hope he does the same to his son, today.
