jayemeff:I read on a website somewhere that the original concept for Starlost would have made for an awesome show. But by the time it came to actual production, budget cuts, change of writers etc, all ended up making into the god-awful mess it was. But I agree with Rustydog that if done properly it could be a great show. Seriously, who thought BSG would go from a campy 70's groan-fest to the great show it is today?
I know I have linked to that website before (can't remember if it was on this board or another, too lazy to search for it). Yup, great concept, poor execution. For some reason, the one episode that mostly comes to my mind, is the one where the guys are on what looks like a giant crystal radio, trying to complete/fix some circuitry, to prevent some disaster from happening (IIRC). LOL! Who is right, better left to memory.
