the 1,225 episodes from the original ABC-Tv series and the 12 episodes from the revival series on NBC-Tv and the 1970 theatrical MGM release House of Dark Shadows and the 1971 theatrical movie Night of Dark Shadows perhaps the new Dark Shadows movie with Johnny Depp as Vampire Barnabas Collins will have some effect on Space, Showcase, Bravo purchasing the rights if the new Depp movie causes a stir.

 I don't remember is that's the actual name of the show, but the character could morph into any animal he wanted.  I remember that show being pretty cool at the time. I think it also played before or after a show called "Automan".

Yes, but the guy on Manimal only ever really turned into one of a handful of critters. Most often a black panther or a hawk.

Mind you, it only lasted eight episodes ....

Automan debuted pretty much right after Manimal was cancelled, so ... no, the shows didn't air together.

Sliders with the original cast.

I just bought the season 1 & 2 DVD set and now I remember why I loved that show so much back then and hated what the writers and producers did to screw it up so bad. Just make the stuff that came after season 3 all part of a different group of Sliders and bring us back our Quinn, Professor, Wade, and Crying Man and lose the whole Kromagg storyline and I'll be happy.

For me, the shows I'd like to see on the air again are:

Incredible Hulk

Night Stalker (original series)

As for non sci-fi shows I'd like to see again, those would be:

Hogan's Heroes (used to be on TV Land or Deja Vu but haven't seen it on either for a while)

Run for Your Life

 

As for first run shows I'd like to both "Monk" and "Ashes to Ashes" on the cable channels I subscribe to (maybe the latter will air on Showcase soon).

I've seen the Hulk series show up over the past few years, though I can't recall on which channel(s). Today there's pretty much no excuse for fans not to pick up the DVDs of the whole run ....

Kolchak: The Night Stalker showed up on Scream a few years ago, which was probably as high-profile a revival as it'll ever get.

20 minutes into the future.

Hulk & Wonder Woman are shown back to back weekday afternoons on SunTV.  As for QL for some strange reason they are nor airing all the episodes and the ones they are are not in order.
