    TOS

It's great to see TOS back in the mornings after the TNG run. Once the TOS run is complete, will there be a move back to TNG or DS9? I know that DS9 has lower ratings because it is more serial than stand alone but when you really think about it; Stargate is also somewhat serial as well yet it is on quite a bit more. How much does Stargate count as canadian content?

    Re: TOS

I do not think that DS9 will be coming to SPACE in the near future. It will probably return at some point because we are so fond of it.

Stargate may seem serial, but most episodes are very 'stand alone'. It does qualify for Canadian content, and because it has so many seasons it does not seem to have burned out it's audience.

    Re: TOS

I have a bit of Good news on the DS9 front.  It is starting over on Spike next week, which I'm excited about because I will finally be able to watch it from the beginning :D

    Re: TOS

Thanks for the quick answers Mark!

I think someone has asked before but is there any chance of getting the remasted TOS on space?

There's something about seeing the NCC 1701 with today's CGI that adds another level to the story telling.

    Re: TOS

Unless we get the full length episodes (not yet avaiablr for broadcast, and all the episodes, I don't think we'll go for it.

Our audience seem to be purists...

    Re: TOS

Hmm okay then DS9 has been running on spike for years, I think alot of SG1 was shoot in Vancouver along with many other scifi/dramas (7 days and the xfiles spring to mind). Now I've seen a few SGI treks and I'm that big of a fan of em. I didn't think that there were full episodes. They cut out parts of the episodes just to mke rom for the better graphics. They took the soda pop joke out of trouble with tribbles and somethings just aren't worth losing for better graphics and what not. Yes I know that makes me sound like a purists Smile
    I don't think so *ZAAAPPP*

Any idea when they might or if they will ever cause it is my understanding they are not doing the remastered episodes in order.
