Actually, according to Lionsgate, the Sci-Fi Channel has the rights, though Saturn Films was involved in the production. You're correct in that Lionsgate cannot bring the series back without Sci-Fi renewing it or until the rights expire. That's why we have been focusing our efforts on Sci-Fi/NBC/GE, and yes even Saturn Films ...
